Join our vibrant hospitality team in Dubai as a Waitress, where you will deliver exceptional dining experiences to our valued guests in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to develop your customer service skills and grow within a renowned establishment.

Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously.
– Present and explain menu items, making recommendations based on guest preferences.
– Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff.
– Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
– Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations.
– Follow health and safety standards and maintain compliance with sanitation regulations.
– Collaborate with team members to create a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.

– Previous experience in a similar waitress or customer service role is preferred.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
– Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
– Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
– Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
– Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Salary:
AED 2,000 to 2,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
