Our coffee shop is looking for a friendly, attentive, and enthusiastic Waiter to provide excellent service and create a welcoming experience for every guest. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering quality service. Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and assist them with seating when required.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make suitable food and beverage recommendations.
• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them promptly to the barista and kitchen team.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
• Check on guests during their visit to ensure satisfaction and respond promptly to requests.
• Clear and reset tables to maintain a clean and inviting dining area.
• Process customer payments accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and support daily opening and closing duties.
• Restock service stations, condiments, and supplies as needed.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a waiter, server, or in a customer-facing role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, courteous, and professional attitude.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm during busy periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Basic numeracy skills for handling payments and orders.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• A strong commitment to cleanliness, teamwork, and outstanding customer service.
