We are seeking a professional and attentive Valet who takes pride in creating a smooth and welcoming arrival and departure experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, values guest satisfaction, and can be trusted to handle vehicles with care while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with vehicle drop-off and collection.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Handle guest luggage when required and assist with arrivals and departures.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle locations and issued claim tickets.
• Conduct basic visual inspections of vehicles before parking.
• Keep valet parking areas clean, organised, and free from hazards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests while maintaining a courteous and professional attitude.
• Follow all hotel safety procedures and traffic regulations.
• Report accidents, damages, or security concerns immediately.
• Work closely with the front office and concierge teams to ensure seamless guest service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a valet, driver, or in a guest service role within a hotel is preferred.
• Valid driver’s licence with an excellent driving record.
• Confident driving both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to remain calm and organised during busy periods.
• Good attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.
• Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and move continuously throughout shifts.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle handling and parking safety practices.
