A luxury hotel committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences is looking for a courteous, dependable, and detail-oriented Valet to join its hospitality team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with guests, takes pride in delivering outstanding service, and is committed to maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage when required.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle locations and key management.
• Conduct basic visual inspections of vehicles before parking and report any existing damage.
• Ensure the driveway and entrance remain organized, clean, and free of congestion.
• Provide directions, local information, and general assistance to guests.
• Follow hotel safety, security, and valet operating procedures at all times.
• Coordinate with the front office and concierge teams to ensure seamless guest service.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a valet, driver, or in a customer-facing hospitality role is an advantage.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles confidently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of responsibility.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
