Job Description

We are looking for a courteous and dependable Valet Attendant to join our hotel team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in delivering a smooth and welcoming arrival and departure experience for guests. As a Valet Attendant, you will be the first and last point of contact for many guests, so professionalism, confidence, and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with vehicle parking and retrieval
• Safely handle guest vehicles with care and responsibility at all times
• Assist guests with luggage when required and direct them to the reception area
• Maintain order and flow at the hotel entrance to ensure smooth traffic movement
• Keep accurate records of vehicle keys and parking assignments
• Support the front desk and concierge team with guest requests when needed
• Ensure the entrance area remains clean, organized, and presentable

Qualifications

• Previous experience in valet service, driving, or hospitality is an advantage
• Valid driver’s license with a clean and confident driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and professional in busy situations
• Basic knowledge of vehicle handling and safety practices
• Punctual, reliable, and well-groomed appearance
