Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and adaptable Tournant to move across different kitchen sections and support smooth daily service. This role is ideal for a chef who enjoys variety, works well under pressure, and can confidently step into any station when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Rotate between different kitchen sections (grill, sauté, pastry, garnish, etc.)
  • Cover absent or busy station chefs during service
  • Maintain consistent food quality and presentation standards
  • Assist in prep work across multiple sections
  • Follow kitchen safety, hygiene, and food handling procedures
  • Support senior chefs in executing daily specials and menu items
  • Help maintain smooth workflow during peak hours

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a professional kitchen (multi-station experience is an advantage)
  • Strong understanding of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations
  • Ability to work quickly and stay organized under pressure
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Passion for cooking and attention to detail
