Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and adaptable Tournant to move across different kitchen sections and support smooth daily service. This role is ideal for a chef who enjoys variety, works well under pressure, and can confidently step into any station when needed.
Responsibilities
- Rotate between different kitchen sections (grill, sauté, pastry, garnish, etc.)
- Cover absent or busy station chefs during service
- Maintain consistent food quality and presentation standards
- Assist in prep work across multiple sections
- Follow kitchen safety, hygiene, and food handling procedures
- Support senior chefs in executing daily specials and menu items
- Help maintain smooth workflow during peak hours
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen (multi-station experience is an advantage)
- Strong understanding of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations
- Ability to work quickly and stay organized under pressure
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Passion for cooking and attention to detail
