Telephone Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Telephone Operator to be the voice of our hotel. If you enjoy speaking with people and creating smooth, positive experiences, this role offers a great opportunity to be part of a lively hospitality team.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and wake up calls with accuracy
• Relay messages clearly to guests and staff
• Provide information about hotel services and facilities
• Coordinate communication between departments when needed
• Maintain call logs and ensure confidentiality at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Clear speaking voice and polite phone etiquette
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Basic computer skills
• Professional attitude and a customer focused mindset
