Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Telephone Operator to join our hotel team. If you enjoy helping people, have a clear speaking voice, and can stay calm under pressure, this role is a great fit. You will be the first point of contact for many guests, so creating a warm and professional impression is key.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously
  • Direct calls to the appropriate departments or staff
  • Provide accurate information about hotel services and facilities
  • Handle guest requests and relay messages efficiently
  • Manage wake-up call requests and ensure timely delivery
  • Keep records of calls and messages where necessary

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills
  • Good telephone etiquette and a pleasant tone
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • A positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
