A busy, customer-focused cafe is seeking an experienced and organized Store Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and ensure smooth service delivery. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating structure, maintaining quality standards, and driving excellent customer experiences. You will be responsible for managing staff performance, coordinating inventory, supervising customer service, and ensuring the cafe runs efficiently from opening to closing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cafe operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Manage, train, and supervise cafe staff
• Handle stock control, ordering, and supplier coordination
• Ensure high standards of customer service and hygiene
• Monitor sales performance and support business growth
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
• Prepare daily or weekly operational reports
• Maintain proper scheduling and staff attendance

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality or retail
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Good understanding of inventory and stock management
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic financial and reporting knowledge
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Computer literacy is an added advantage
