Job Description

In a busy hotel where service and cleanliness set the tone for every guest experience, we are looking for a reliable and energetic Steward to join our kitchen and service support team. This role is all about keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and making sure every space stays clean, organized, and ready for action.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment properly
• Keep kitchen and dining areas clean, safe, and well-organized
• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic support tasks when needed
• Ensure waste is disposed of correctly and hygiene standards are maintained
• Restock cleaning supplies and kitchen essentials as required
• Follow all health and safety guidelines in daily operations
• Support smooth kitchen flow during busy service hours

Qualifications

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards in food service
• Strong teamwork and willingness to take instructions
• Good physical stamina for standing and carrying out manual tasks
• Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen is an added advantage
• Positive attitude and attention to detail
