There’s more to a good night out than drinks and atmosphere, sound is what ties everything together. We’re looking for a skilled Sound Technician to keep the energy flowing in our bar, ensuring every playlist, live set, and DJ session sounds crisp, balanced, and immersive. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in lively environments and understands how to shape sound to match the mood of a crowd.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain all audio equipment in the bar
• Manage sound levels during live performances, DJ sets, and regular music playback
• Conduct sound checks and troubleshoot technical issues quickly
• Coordinate with DJs, performers, and management to ensure smooth audio delivery
• Maintain and care for speakers, mixers, microphones, and related equipment
• Ensure compliance with basic safety and equipment handling standards
• Assist in setting up for special events and themed nights

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sound Technician or in live audio support (bar, club, or events preferred)
• Good understanding of sound systems, mixers, and basic acoustics
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues under pressure
• Strong attention to detail, especially with sound balancing
• Comfortable working late nights and weekends
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for music and live entertainment is a strong advantage
