A refined dining experience is never complete without the perfect glass to match the moment. We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Sommelier to join our restaurant team and elevate our guests’ wine journey with confidence, charm, and expertise. This role is ideal for someone who appreciates the art of wine service, enjoys engaging with guests, and can guide selections that enhance both food and atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Curate and manage the restaurant wine list in alignment with the menu and concept
• Recommend wine pairings based on guest preferences and chef selections
• Maintain proper wine storage, cellar organization, and inventory control
• Train service staff on wine basics, tasting notes, and pairing principles
• Ensure accurate wine service standards, including temperature, glassware, and presentation
• Engage with guests to provide thoughtful and memorable wine recommendations
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate orders with suppliers
• Stay updated on wine trends, regions, and new vintages

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sommelier or in a senior wine service role within a restaurant or hotel
• Strong knowledge of international wines, grape varieties, and food pairing principles
• WSET certification or equivalent wine qualification is an advantage
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
• Ability to work calmly and confidently in a fast-paced dining environment
• A genuine passion for wine, hospitality, and fine dining experiences
