Job Description
A growing coffee shop is looking for a creative and digitally savvy Social Media Manager to bring our brand to life online. If you love coffee culture, storytelling, and building engaged online communities, this role is for you. You will be responsible for shaping how customers experience our brand beyond the café, turning everyday moments into content that connects, inspires, and attracts new guests.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms
- Capture and edit photos and short videos of coffee, food, and in-store experiences
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules
- Respond to comments, messages, and online customer interactions in a friendly tone
- Develop campaigns to promote new drinks, seasonal menus, and special events
- Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance
- Collaborate with baristas and staff to highlight behind-the-scenes moments
Qualifications
- Experience managing social media accounts for a brand, café, or small business
- Strong skills in content creation, including photography, short-form video, and basic editing tools
- Good understanding of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Creativity with the ability to turn simple moments into engaging stories
- Strong communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage content schedules
- Passion for coffee culture and lifestyle branding is a plus
