A lively bar is looking for a confident and energetic Shift Supervisor to keep operations running smoothly during assigned shifts. This role is all about leading the team on the floor, keeping service sharp, and making sure guests enjoy a seamless experience from start to finish. Responsibilities

• Supervise bar staff during assigned shifts and ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
• Coordinate with bartenders and servers to ensure efficient order flow
• Monitor stock usage during shifts and report shortages or wastage
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently met
• Support training of new and junior staff members
• Assist in opening and closing procedures as required

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure
• Good understanding of bar operations and customer service standards
• Basic numeracy skills for handling stock checks and sales awareness
• Team-oriented attitude with a hands-on approach
