A prestigious hotel is seeking a Senior Hotel Operations & Guest Experience Director to lead its daily operations while shaping an exceptional and consistent guest journey. This role sits at the heart of the hotel’s leadership team, combining operational oversight with a strong focus on service excellence, brand standards, and unforgettable guest experiences. You will be responsible for ensuring all departments work in harmony, maintaining high performance standards, and driving a culture where every guest interaction reflects quality and care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full hotel operations across all departments, ensuring efficiency and consistency
• Design and implement guest experience strategies that improve satisfaction and repeat business
• Lead department heads including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance teams
• Monitor operational performance, budgets, and service delivery targets
• Resolve escalated guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Drive continuous improvement in service standards and operational processes
• Ensure compliance with hospitality regulations, health, and safety standards
• Work closely with senior leadership on business growth and service innovation

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior hotel management or multi-department hospitality leadership
• Strong background in guest experience development and service excellence
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Solid understanding of hotel operations, budgeting, and performance management
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and complex operational challenges
• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage
