Sales Supervisor
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead and develop our sales team in the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés), with a strong focus on imported bottled water. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence in Riyadh and Dammam.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies for HORECA and imported water markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, and distributors
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular performance updates to management
- Ensure proper execution of promotions, pricing, and distribution plans
Skills
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a sales Supervisor or Senior Sales Representative
- Strong background in HORECA sales (mandatory)
- Experience in FMCG or bottled/imported water is a strong advantage
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Good knowledge of the Riyadh and/or Dammam market
- Valid driving license
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
