Room Attendant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Room Attendant to join our hotel team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards, pays close attention to detail, and enjoys contributing to memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to hotel standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish room amenities.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize assigned areas thoroughly.
• Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Respond to guest requests courteously and efficiently.
• Handle lost and found items according to hotel procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping carts and cleaning equipment in an organized condition.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene guidelines at all times.
• Work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are ready for arriving guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Room Attendant, Housekeeper, or in a similar cleaning role within a hotel is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive cleaning duties.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Friendly attitude with good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
