Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hotel team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and creating a welcoming environment for every guest. Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish room amenities.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust guest rooms and assigned areas.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety concerns promptly.
• Ensure corridors, linen rooms, and storage areas remain clean and organized.
• Restock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Respect guest privacy and handle lost and found items according to hotel procedures.
• Work efficiently to meet daily room assignment targets while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Room Attendant, Housekeeper, or in a similar cleaning role is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of safe cleaning practices and proper handling of cleaning equipment and chemicals is preferred.
• Dependable, trustworthy, and committed to delivering excellent guest service.
