Revenue Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Revenue Manager to join our bar and lead revenue optimisation initiatives that support sustainable growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys analysing performance, identifying opportunities, and collaborating with management to maximise profitability while maintaining an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximise profitability.
• Analyse daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor pricing, promotions, and sales trends to improve revenue generation.
• Prepare revenue forecasts, financial reports, and performance dashboards.
• Collaborate with management on budgeting and financial planning.
• Track key performance indicators and recommend improvements.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
• Evaluate customer spending patterns and recommend targeted initiatives.
• Support the planning and execution of special events and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with financial procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Revenue Manager or in a similar revenue, finance, or commercial management role.
• Strong understanding of revenue management principles, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems.
• Experience using point-of-sale and revenue management software is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to interpret data and make strategic business recommendations.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
