A well-established restaurant is looking for a confident and service-driven Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily front-of-house operations. The Restaurant Supervisor will play a key role in maintaining high service standards, supporting staff performance, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and coordinate front-of-house activities.
• Lead, motivate, and support service staff to achieve exceptional customer service.
• Monitor service quality and ensure guests receive a welcoming and efficient dining experience.
• Assist with staff scheduling, shift planning, and attendance monitoring.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and presentation standards are consistently maintained.
• Monitor inventory levels for restaurant supplies and report shortages.
• Support the training and development of new and existing team members.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Prepare daily operational reports and communicate updates to management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar dining environment.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy setting.
• Good organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Sound knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and customer service standards.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications is an advantage.
