A fast-growing premium casual dining concept is seeking a Restaurant Operations Coordinator to streamline back-end and front-end processes, ensuring efficiency and service consistency.

Core Responsibilities

• Coordinate between kitchen, service staff, and management
• Monitor inventory levels, procurement cycles, and supplier timelines
• Track daily sales, performance metrics, and operational KPIs
• Assist in staff scheduling and workforce optimization
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards

Ideal Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant operations or hospitality coordination
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Familiarity with POS systems and reporting tools
