A high-end restaurant concept in Qatar is recruiting a Restaurant General Manager to oversee full business operations, from service excellence to financial performance and concept evolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all restaurant operations including front-of-house and kitchen coordination
• Drive revenue growth, cost control, and profitability strategies
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences aligned with fine dining standards
• Develop marketing initiatives and customer retention strategies
• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of staff

Ideal Candidate

• Extensive experience managing upscale or fine dining establishments
• Strong financial acumen (P&L management, cost optimization)
