Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies that improve operational efficiency and profitability.
• Analyse financial reports, sales performance, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
• Evaluate restaurant workflows and recommend process improvements to increase productivity.
• Collaborate with management to establish and monitor key performance indicators.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives.
• Identify new revenue opportunities through menu optimisation, service enhancements, and operational improvements.
• Lead business improvement projects from planning through implementation.
• Monitor industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Create operational policies and standard operating procedures that promote consistency.
• Provide coaching and guidance to management teams on operational best practices.
• Prepare strategic reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Ensure business operations comply with relevant regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, Finance, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in restaurant operations, business strategy, management consulting, or multi-unit restaurant leadership.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance measurement.
• Experience developing operational strategies that improve efficiency and profitability.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and project management abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, business reporting tools, and presentation software.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of restaurant industry trends and customer experience strategies.
• Professional certifications in project management, business analysis, or operations management are an advantage.
