Job Description

A busy and welcoming hotel is looking for a courteous and energetic Porter to join our guest services team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys assisting guests and creating positive first impressions.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage.
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel facilities.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
• Deliver messages, packages, and room amenities as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in lobby and entrance areas.
• Assist with transportation arrangements and valet services when needed.
• Support the front desk and other departments during busy periods.
• Ensure excellent customer service at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry luggage safely.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of hotel operations is desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
