Key Responsibilities

• Process weekly and monthly payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain payroll records and employee compensation data.
• Verify timesheets, attendance records, overtime, and leave balances.
• Calculate salaries, deductions, bonuses, and other payroll adjustments.
• Ensure payroll complies with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Prepare payroll reports for management and finance purposes.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with the Human Resources and Finance teams on employee records and payroll updates.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and payroll information.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in payroll, accounting, finance, or a related role, preferably within a hotel.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, statutory deductions, and payroll compliance.
• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict payroll deadlines.
• Professional certification in payroll, accounting, or finance is an advantage.
