Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods
• Follow recipes while also contributing creative ideas
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients
• Work closely with the kitchen team to meet service demands

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pastry Cook or similar role
• Solid understanding of baking techniques and dessert preparation
• Attention to detail and a creative approach to plating
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
