Operations Supervisor

A well-run hotel feels effortless to guests, but behind that experience is a strong operations team ensuring everything runs smoothly. We are looking for an Operations Supervisor who can confidently oversee daily hotel functions, support department teams, and maintain high service standards across all touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone organized, people-focused, and comfortable making quick decisions in a fast-moving hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day hotel operations across front office, housekeeping, and general services
• Ensure smooth coordination between departments for seamless guest experience
• Monitor staff performance and provide on-the-spot guidance and support
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction and resolution
• Maintain operational standards, safety procedures, and service quality expectations
• Assist in scheduling shifts and managing staff allocation based on occupancy levels
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness, readiness, and compliance
• Report operational issues and recommend improvements to management

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel operations, supervision, or a similar hospitality role
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations
• Good understanding of hotel service standards and guest relations
• Basic administrative and reporting skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
