Our hotel is seeking a detail oriented and dependable Night Auditor to oversee overnight front office operations while ensuring accurate financial reporting and exceptional guest service. Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests during overnight hours with check ins, check outs, and enquiries.
• Balance daily financial transactions and reconcile guest accounts.
• Prepare end of day reports and ensure all financial records are accurate.
• Process payments, invoices, refunds, and billing adjustments.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues professionally.
• Monitor hotel security procedures and report any unusual incidents.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams regarding overnight matters.
• Maintain an organised front desk and ensure all records are properly updated.
• Handle telephone calls, reservations, and guest communications.
• Support a smooth transition between night and morning shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Night Auditor, Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in a similar hotel role is preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel property management systems and basic accounting procedures.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard computer applications.
• Strong problem solving and organisational abilities.
• Professional appearance and a customer focused attitude.
