We are seeking a dependable Night Auditor to oversee overnight hotel operations, reconcile daily financial transactions, and ensure guests receive professional assistance throughout the night. This role is ideal for an individual who is attentive to detail, trustworthy, and capable of working independently during overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audits of hotel financial transactions and reconcile daily revenue.
• Balance cash, credit card, and other payment records accurately.
• Prepare and distribute daily financial and operational reports.
• Manage overnight front desk operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and emergencies.
• Verify room rates, postings, and guest accounts for accuracy.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams regarding overnight issues.
• Ensure the security of guests, staff, and hotel property by following established procedures.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments as required.
• Maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with hotel policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma, certificate, or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a hotel front office, accounting, or night audit role is preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel property management systems and basic accounting principles.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during overnight shifts.
• High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism.
