Night Auditor

Job Description

Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working overnight hours? We are looking for a professional Night Auditor to join our hotel team. In this role, you will oversee front desk operations during the night shift, assist guests, reconcile daily financial transactions, and ensure the property remains secure and welcoming throughout the night.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist late-night guests with check-in and check-out procedures
• Reconcile daily revenue, payments, and financial records
• Prepare audit reports and maintain accurate documentation
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests
• Monitor hotel security and report any unusual activities
• Coordinate with housekeeping and management teams as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel front desk, customer service, or auditing is preferred
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
