We’re looking for a Night Auditor who can keep the front desk running smoothly after hours while ensuring financial and guest records are accurate and up to date. This role sits at the heart of both guest service and accounting, making it ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working independently through the night.

Responsibilities

• Handle overnight front desk operations and guest check-ins or check-outs
• Balance daily financial reports and verify transactions from all departments
• Prepare and review night audit reports with accuracy and clarity
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally
• Monitor hotel security systems and follow safety protocols
• Coordinate with morning staff for smooth shift handover
• Ensure all guest accounts are correctly updated and closed where necessary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel front office or accounting role is an advantage
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Good communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently during night hours
• Basic knowledge of hotel management systems or PMS software
• High attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
• Calm, professional attitude under minimal supervision
