Responsibilities

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.
• Coordinate seasonal promotions, product launches, and special events.
• Build partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community organisations.
• Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and emerging trends.
• Collaborate with operations to maintain consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.
• Supervise external agencies, designers, photographers, or marketing vendors when required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a marketing management or senior marketing role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and customer engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing social media platforms, email campaigns, and online advertising.
• Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and campaign performance reporting.
• Strong project management and organisational abilities with attention to detail.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative promotional ideas.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced cafe environment.
• A qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
