Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate employees.
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing to prevent shortages.
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and presentation meet established standards.
• Manage operating costs, budgets, and financial performance.
• Prepare operational reports and analyse key performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace regulations.
• Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless dining experience.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
• Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a management role within a restaurant or food service environment.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and inventory management.
