Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our hotel team. In this role, you will help keep our facilities in top shape, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for both guests and staff. This is a hands-on position that requires problem-solving, technical knowledge, and a proactive approach to maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and appliances promptly

• Respond quickly to maintenance requests from guests and staff

• Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any major issues

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in general maintenance, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting

• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems

• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

• Physical stamina to handle repairs, lifting, and working in various areas of the hotel
