Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the lounge.
• Lead, motivate, and schedule bar and service staff.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Monitor beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Oversee stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue.
• Train new employees and support ongoing staff development.
• Coordinate with suppliers and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a lounge, bar, or similar food and beverage establishment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Sound knowledge of bar operations, beverage service, and inventory control.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash handling.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Relevant training or certification in hospitality, food and beverage management, or business management is an advantage.
