Lobby Attendant

Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and well-presented Lobby Attendant to join our hotel team. This role is all about creating a warm first impression, supporting guests from arrival to departure, and ensuring the lobby area remains welcoming, organized, and professional at all times.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a polite and friendly attitude upon arrival
• Assist guests with luggage handling and basic directions within the hotel
• Support the front desk team in maintaining smooth guest flow
• Keep the lobby area clean, organized, and presentable throughout the day
• Offer basic information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
• Assist in coordinating guest requests and ensuring timely service delivery
• Report any maintenance or guest concerns to the appropriate department

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Neat appearance and professional grooming standards
• Ability to remain calm and helpful in a busy environment
• Good sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Friendly, approachable, and guest focused attitude
