Do you enjoy preparing quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment? We are looking for a dedicated Line Cook to join our restaurant team. The successful candidate will play a key role in food preparation, maintaining kitchen standards, and ensuring every dish is served to perfection.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Set up and stock workstations with necessary ingredients and supplies.
• Ensure food is prepared efficiently during service periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion control.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management and report stock shortages.
• Support other kitchen staff and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Line Cook, Cook, or in a similar kitchen role preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Culinary training or relevant food preparation certification is an advantage.
