Are you passionate about preparing quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen? We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Line Cook to join our restaurant team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys teamwork, and takes pride in delivering consistently excellent dishes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Set up and stock assigned cooking stations before service.
• Ensure food is prepared and served promptly during busy periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas.
• Monitor ingredient freshness and report inventory needs.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries properly.
• Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Line Cook, Cook, or similar kitchen role preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Culinary training or relevant certification is an advantage.
