We are looking for a motivated and dependable Line Cook to join our kitchen team. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and kitchen standards
• Set up and stock assigned kitchen stations with all necessary supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area at all times
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures strictly
• Assist with basic food prep such as chopping, portioning, and marinating
• Work closely with chefs and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Monitor food quality and report any issues with ingredients or equipment
• Ensure orders are completed accurately and in a timely manner during service

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is an advantage
• Strong understanding of basic cooking methods and kitchen safety practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Good teamwork skills and a positive, willing attitude
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in food preparation
• Physically able to stand for long hours and handle kitchen demands
• Willingness to learn and grow within a professional kitchen environment
