Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and presentation standards
• Set up and stock workstations before service begins
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen areas
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are followed
• Assist with inventory control and stock rotation
• Work closely with chefs and team members during busy service periods

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar kitchen role
• Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
