A busy and welcoming restaurant is looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to support daily kitchen operations. This role is essential in keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly behind the scenes. Responsibilities

• Keep all kitchen areas clean, sanitized, and well organized
• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• Assist chefs with basic food prep when needed
• Ensure waste is disposed of properly and bins are managed regularly
• Support stock organization and storage of deliveries
• Maintain hygiene standards in line with kitchen procedures
• Help the team maintain a safe and efficient working environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is an advantage but not required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good physical stamina and attention to detail
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
