Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas to hotel standards.
• Replace bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as required.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Replenish housekeeping supplies and report low inventory levels.
• Inspect rooms to ensure they are clean, well-presented, and ready for guest occupancy.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged property, and lost-and-found items promptly.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Handle guest requests courteously and respond promptly to housekeeping-related needs.
• Operate housekeeping equipment and cleaning tools safely.
• Work closely with the front office and maintenance teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning services, hospitality, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that require standing, lifting, bending, and walking for extended periods.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
