We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy hotel, inspire high-performing teams, and ensure exceptional service standards across all departments. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate department heads and team members to achieve operational goals.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, resolve concerns promptly, and maintain high service standards.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Prepare budgets, control expenses, and monitor financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, food and beverage, maintenance, and security teams.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance.
• Monitor occupancy, revenue, and business performance, implementing initiatives to maximize growth.
• Build strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and business partners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager, Operations Manager, or in a senior management role within a hotel.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Solid understanding of hotel operations, budgeting, and financial management.
• Experience using hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Ability to analyze operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
