Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate department heads and team members to achieve operational goals.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and promptly resolve customer concerns.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and maximise profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with all departments to maintain seamless operations and service delivery.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate employees while fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Monitor inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.
• Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a hotel management or senior leadership role.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, budgeting, and customer service.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
