A well-established hotel is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Hotel Manager to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise departmental managers and team members.
• Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction by resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy, revenue, and profitability.
• Monitor budgets, financial performance, and operating costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, food and beverage, maintenance, and other departments to maintain seamless operations.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance while fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to senior management.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency, and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager, Operations Manager, or in a senior management role within a hotel.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Solid understanding of hotel operations, budgeting, revenue management, and performance analysis.
• Experience managing multiple departments and achieving operational targets.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work under pressure, solve problems effectively, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
