Job Description

A refined hospitality environment is seeking an experienced and proactive Hotel Manager to lead daily operations, elevate guest experience, and ensure smooth coordination across all departments. This role calls for someone who combines strong leadership with a natural eye for service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall hotel operations, ensuring high standards of service across front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
• Manage staff performance, training, and scheduling to maintain efficiency and professionalism
• Handle guest relations, resolving complaints and ensuring a consistently positive guest experience
• Monitor budgets, occupancy rates, and operational costs to drive profitability
• Implement and uphold hotel policies, safety standards, and brand guidelines
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth procurement and inventory flow
• Develop strategies to improve guest satisfaction and increase repeat bookings

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Good financial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and reports
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with hotel management systems is an added advantage
