• Handle guest concerns politely and professionally
• Help create a lively and positive guest experience

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage
• Strong communication and people skills
• Friendly appearance and professional attitude
• Ability to stay calm in fast-paced situations
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Team player with a positive mindset
