Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and people-oriented Cafe Host to be the welcoming face of our cafe. If you enjoy interacting with guests, creating a warm atmosphere, and keeping things organized at the front of house, this role is a great fit. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping set the tone for their entire dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
- Manage seating arrangements and maintain an organized waiting list when needed
- Assist customers with inquiries about menu items and cafe services
- Coordinate with waitstaff to ensure smooth table turnover
- Keep the reception and entrance area clean and inviting
- Handle reservations and walk-in guests efficiently
- Support overall customer satisfaction by maintaining a positive atmosphere
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, confident, and approachable personality
- Ability to stay calm and organized during busy periods
- Good grooming and professional appearance
- Basic multitasking and time management skills
