Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly, genuine welcome
- Manage reservations and walk-in seating efficiently
- Maintain an organized waiting list and communicate wait times clearly
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth guest flow
- Keep the entrance and dining area tidy and inviting
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and care
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A naturally friendly and approachable attitude
- Ability to stay calm and organized during busy periods
- Good attention to detail and time management
- Previous hospitality experience is helpful, but not essential
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help where needed
