Job Description
Role Overview
This is a founder-led, hands-on leadership role focused on representing the hotel finance perspective within product development.
You will work closely with founders, product, and engineering teams to ensure that system design aligns with actual hotel finance operations, validating invoice flows, payment methods, reconciliation logic, and compliance requirements across corporate, TMC, and MICE bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Hotel Finance Advisory
• Map end-to-end hotel finance workflows for corporate, TMC, and MICE bookings
• Validate invoice structures, payment methods, VAT compliance, and operational accuracy
• Identify friction points in reconciliation, settlements, and reporting
• Guide onboarding, adoption, and change management for hotel finance teams
Product & Market Validation
• Provide continuous input into product logic and workflows from a hotel finance lens
• Support pilot implementations with live hotels to validate usability and compliance
• Identify and highlight gaps between system design and real-world hotel operations
Requirements:
Required Candidate Profile
Experience
• 10–18 years of experience in hotel finance, hotel operations, or accounting
• Strong preference for GCC experience, especially with corporate and TMC billing
Skills & Competencies (Must-Have)
• Deep understanding of hotel finance operations, controls, and audit readiness
• Strong experience in reconciliation, reporting, and compliance
• Proven ability in process simplification and operational excellence
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, tech, and business teams
• Ability to translate operational realities into system and product logic
